Even the non-HDR shot is breathtaking, maybe some overexposure, but also gives a few more subtle tones of color than the HDR version. I do like HDR imaging, really does some amazing things when properly used, as you did in the original post.
But always take time to look at the sunset--you never know which one might be your last, and wouldn't it be a shame to miss something as spectacular as this!
