Sorry, I did leave the info out.

Canon 50D, ss 1/250 sec, or 5DMKII, ISO in these shots would be between 250 and 800 (depending on how bright the ambient light was) lens was the Sigma 150mm f/2.8 non IS macro, flash was the 580EXII with a soft box in a delta flip bracket or the MT24 with diffusers and mounted in a Novaflex bracket (all these shots were flashed) handheld.
