Fall color Brown Co., IN

I decided to photograph some of the Fall foliage in a local state park here in Indiana. I got up late, 6 am, and drove over for 8:08 sunrise. I was not the only one to have this idea so I had some company to share results with. Beautiful day with great light.

What wonderful photos A10 :) :) As one from Indiana originally I have spent some time in Brown County Park and you have truly shared with us the lovely fall colors. Great job :thumbup: :thumbup:

They are all good photos, but #2 stands out for me. The array of colors, plus the early morning fog make for a magical combination.

When was this? We were just there and didn't see the color that these pictures show. Was it the sunrise? I, too, especially like the second one.

It was last Sunday morning. The 2nd shot was taken about 8:15-8:30 am. The overlook is on the east side of the park and is the first one you come to. The trees have turned quite a bit in the last week with the cold weather and the storm today and tomorrow will strip most of the leaves off. Thank you for your comments.

I primarily photograph people. My friends at our local camera club shoot mostly landscapes, so I am feeling better with my attempts at landscapes with all of your kind comments.
