Many of these ships leave here in Québec City and go to Montréal and they pass under #2. What 99% of the pax do not know is that when you go under this bridge, you also go over one as in ca.1917 the center span collapsed and fell into the river and it is still there. The river is ~ 300' deep there. At a low, really low tide in clear weather you can see a part of it.

love the industrial look of this bridge! Love it!

Really hard letter to get things that start with Q. But here are a few! The quilts were from a Quilt Show I went to in Lewiston Maine. The Quarter Horse is a very rare find! Not many of them around!

Talk about a laugh. The quarter horse is rare indeed.

Finally back home from work and enjoying all the activity and post that happened while I was gone.

Page 6 - Leslie: Green pastures for your horse -- nice theme for a Quilt. I bet Suzie was as excited getting the Quilt as you were giving it!

And Quilt designing is very special. I am so glad creativity brings you so much joy. That is just the way it is supposed to be!

Thank you for your service to our country.

Page 6 - JimUSNY: Only one Q is more than enough when it is so spectacular. That picture is just beautiful. Thank you for sharing.

I hope to learn to take pictures at night soon. Have you taken pictures of the aurora borealis?

Page 6 - Fred Ann: Your creativity just keeps going. It is enjoyable to see you display them here, I bet it is even more enjoyable to see them displayed in your home. Thank you for sharing.

Page 6 - Mary: Your picture is so inviting, I want to go to Quarry Park too! I was thinking of Quarry for the Q's but I did not know where there was one to photograph. I understand a lot of granite was Quarried in the St Cloud area. Thank you so much for posting it and I just added it to my list of places to visit in Minnesota.

Page 6 - Judy: That rose is the Quintessence of roses. I love that shade so much. Very nice.

Intergenerational family gatherings bring joy to my heart and I can just see the fun you had at your 50th. How special to have your daughter and granddaughter sing! And there is nothing sweeter than young child dancing. Thank you so much for sharing your special day with us.

Page 7 - Ann: Oh my the work in that Quilt! Did you use it for James? Did you get a three generation picture of James wrapped in that Quilt? Very special, thank you for sharing.

Page 7 - OKalphaxi: Your pictures presented such a nice picture of Quebec City that I think I should go visit there too. What time of the year do you (or others on UHH) recommend?

Page 7 - fish9x: So glad you posted Quartz Crystals. I thought of them but did not know where to get pictures of them. The polished one is beautiful. Great idea on the Quartz watch. That is another one I forgot about.

I was introduced to fly tying many years ago and have always had an appreciation for the skill ever since, but I have never been trout fishing. We have trout streams all over Minnesota. I think I have another activity to add to retirement.

Thank you so much for posting Q's we have not seen yet.

Page 7 - hamtrack: Great picture of the male Quail! And having grown up in no water Iowa I learned a new water work again. The Blue Rock Quay looks it could be a very busy place. The energy in Quadruple is at least 5X!!!

Thanks for posting such interesting pictures.

Page 8 - Roadrunner: I think all of us have had Annette on our minds all day. You have such a thoughtful way of putting pictures together as a tribute of her. That last bench with the sprinkle of leaves that could be blown away in a heartbeat by a gust of wind really spoke to me about Annette too. Thank you for sharing.

It was a Quandary to see the day autumn Quit. We have not seen that yet, but it is getting colder and they are predicting snow this week. I hope your Quilt is heavy enough to give you a warm and pleasant sleep tonight.

Page 8 - dane004: Quinoa is not a grain I know how to cook and I am not sure I have ever tasted it. How do you use it? Thanks for posting. Appreciate another new Q!

Page 8 - Tomball: Oh oh, she is in trouble, but you are not. Thanks so much for posting Q history and Q art.

Page 8 - howlynn: Those Quails do look scaled! Great photo of them and the whole family. They hatch a bunch so that probably means that very few mature. I was surprised at how much down is at the Quill end of the Quail feather. Thank you so much for posting.

Page 8 - Ol'Frank: Your picture of the stain glass window is beautiful. It looks like it would be a very nice place to visit. Thank you for posting.
