Sad to say but the wife lost her camera at the top of Machu Picchu on Oct 4. We think she lost it on the bus or most likely by skilled hands. It was in her jacket pocket with velcro. At least that is the best our memory can come up with. It is an Olympus point and shoot VR325, VR320, D725 Serial # unknown with about 100 or so photos ranging from Arequipa to Machu Picchu.

Now the camera we can live without but if there is any chance we can recover the memories it is worth the effort. She takes the photos with us in them while I tend to do the local and scenic shots. Attached are 4 photos, 2 with both of us, 1 with her holding her camera and 1 with the eagle as mentioned below. I ask hoggers to make a mental note of the crazy guy in the photos and keep an eye out for any photos with this guy and an eagle on his right arm. Yes a live eagle. Other shots might have either one of us in them.

I have registered the camera at lost cameras so all we can do now is hope.

Many thanks to all. Oh yeah, don't feel too bad. I have over 5,000 photos of the trip just none with the two of us having fun.
