Nikon has a problem with the 600 having dust/oil issues. At least that is what I have read on this forum.

The D610 has a new shutter mechanism that increases the fps to 6 (the D600 is 5.5 fps). The D610 also has a new "Quiet Continuous Mode" that gives a quieter mirror slap when shooting in continuous but limits the fps to 3.
It also has a slight change to the WB sensor that is said to enrichen skin tones.

Does not sound like enough of a difference to warrant an upgrade if your D600 is working fine.
