Okay, so I am just starting out and I took these today. They are not original. I edited them in Picasa. Let me know what you think and PLEASE tell me if I am doing something wrong. I know NOTHING about photography yet and I am here to LEARN.

I like the second one. Personally I would have taken a few steps closer so the black hose on the left was huge and filled most of the left frame. the colors are great.

Tell another photographer that he can work on your ranch for a week if he will share his know-how (Which you obviously don't need, but you will get a ranch-hand for a week)

I don't know enough to know what might be wrong but I do know what I like. I like all your pics but there is something about the first one that draws me in. I want to know more about that spot. Thanks for sharing.

Hee hee, I wish I was on a ranch. As you can see, if you look closely, in the second picture, there is a 40 acre city park. Just the other side of a chainlink fence. :(
