I never had this happen before!

What a poser! Here is this lady (How can one miss?) at the park. She wasn't with anyone as far as I could tell. I was at the park playground with the family.
Sure I noticed her. After a while, I noticed something peculiar. Everywhere I would sit, she would manage to find a place to stand or sit in front of me. At first I thought it was coincidence. Then it became unreal. I then started moving about just to see if it was my imagination. Nope! Every time I would plop my ass down somewhere, there she would be just a few moments later.
So I said, "What the heck."

With your long lens you should have asked her if she'd like a nice head/shoulders portrait taken...you could have done a nice job on it.
