I use Picassa's "Retouch" to clean up this type of clutter. Works quite well.

Do you have light room or Photoshop? You can clone them out with either of them.

Even Picassa, most apps will help you do that.

Does anyone know of a program that I can use to remove the hydro poles/lines from this photo. Any help would be appreciated.

I use Photoshop Elements 10 and use the healing brush/content aware. It is incredibly easy to use, and takes care of these little annoyances. I took the liberty of straightening the photo a wee bit, and just took the light poles out. That photo is so lovely, so I just put a tiny frame around it and called it quits. Photoshop is not very expensive, and fixes alot of tiny imperfections.

And the offensive poles are still there...

It would be great to read the OP request....

You missed a bunch of them including TV antennas, good try.

You missed quite a bit Winterrose, look over by the church on the right and the wires on the brown house, street lights back against the hill. Good try

No, not necessary for any more input from me, there are enougexcellentnt re-works already posted. I didn't say your's was bad, simply pointed out a couple things you had missed, the same as I did for several different posters. Let,s not make this one of your childish arguments.

The original is absolutely beautiful, the poster made a simple request for assistance, he has received it, it's closed Good Bye.
