Now if you really want a good smoke generator maby navy surplus will meet your needs. This is the one looks like on the fantail of our ship when we were laying a smoke screen down to hide the fleet from the dive bomers.

Hiding from dive bombers? I hope that wasn't recently. My family used to have a '52 Studebaker that laid down a pretty good smoke screen.

No Jerry that photo was taken during the Korea war. It was just a drill. We also had depth charge drill that day. On the end of the depth charge can it looks like a comonation lock. You set the depth with a spanner wrench. The guy that set it had it go off too soon. It rolled off the rack and went off almost as soon as it hit the water. Darn near sunk our own ship. Our whole fantail came right out of the water. It did split one of our bearings on one of our propeller shafts. Flooded one of the shaft allys. We had to go into drydock for repairs. Sometimes I though I was in McHales navy. Ill post a photo. You cant see much but water.

Did the search and found nothing. Has anyone used a fog machine for effects ?
And if so....any recommendations on a specific brand and amount of power.
And the remote seems to be a necessity, any ideas or comments would surely be welcomed. Thanks to all.

Here Are Some Of our Smoke Machine Endeavors. If The Smoke Comes Too Much from The Front Of the Subject It Will Flatten The Lighting. Try To Keep It Backlighted And From The Back Of The Subject. Hope This Is Helpful
