Great shots JoboX.... particularly number two with the water flying, the overall gloominess and the effort etched into his face. It really captures the intensity and illustrates just how tough time trialing is. A first class image of a hard man doing his thing. Good stuff..thanks for posting.

Excellent!!!! I like 2,4,5. 2 is the best in my opinion. I love watching the bicycle races and 2 is the photo I think best sums up racing.

Hey JoboX, your shot of the guy with the penny-farthing.... what a cracker. The detail in that beautiful machine and the man..... thin like a cyclist should be, his hat, facial expression, the pipe and he's even wearing a damn tie. So much in character. Would love to see it a with a touch of sepia for that olde-worlde look! Please do it and post.

Regards

JoboX.... thanks for inviting me to have a try. I'm a former racing cyclist (B Grade at best in my younger days) myself. Our club has an annual race for penny-farthings however due to current rules, our cyclists have to wear modern helmets blah... blah.... blah! Regrettably we never get to see the real thing like this guy....

Anyway. I did a little crop but otherwise very similar to yours. Hope you don't mind and as always only my opinion. Thanks again for the great images....

Jaw-dropping series JoboX! Whenever I think I am beginning to get good, I take a look at your work, and I am put back in my place :)
