Awesome pic it looks like a Garter Snake! Those snakes aren't too shy, I've seen them go in to pop cans just to warm themselves.😃

Beautiful shot. I raised two in a tank as a youngster. They bit me for weeks before they got tame. Fed them earthworms, goldfish and strips of raw fish. They mated and later had 20+ live young. Released them all where I caught the two. Not good to handle or as pets because they're too active, jumpy, and prone to bite but they sure are pretty.
