Anyone using Aftershot Pro for raw processing?

An update was recently released that adds hardware acceleration(OPEN CL - crashes when I try to use it) and multi-core awareness.

Not sure if it's running faster now, but it sure takes forever to start now.....

I have it, and its a good tool, but too slow to render in my opinion. I use Lightroom 4 now for all my RAW work.

How does Digital Photo Professional compare - this is bundled with Canon cameras - not used it but may start taking some pics in Raw and just wondered.

No idea, I don't use Canon products. I guess you will find out how it works for you when you start using it. Let us know.

Just learning to use DPP. No experience with LR or ASP, but i think I am liking it more than PSE9 so far. Just starting though. Like the fact Canon includes DPP with camera. Can't say if Nikon has a similar program or not.

I just finished up 1200 + photos from a Nutcracker performance and had no issues with AfterShot.

Corel Aftershot Pro is fantastic! Easier to use than Photoshop and much cheaper.
