Yes it has two...a silver one that's federal and a blue one that is from New York. That is the female with the bands...I don't believe the male has any bands.

Can you explain how you have the focus set. Was it manual or auto, and if auto how did you set that? I had a 7D for a week, then traded down to an easier model because I couldn't get anyone to help set the auto focus point to center spot.

I always have mine on spot metering, and continuous shooting and AI Servo for shooting birds and I always shoot with manual settings...otherwise the white head on the Bald Eagle would blow out. I also use auto white balance and single point AF. Sometimes my birds are pretty far away. I'm probably not much help as I tend to be a trial and error photographer.
