Coffee-n-Cake (C&C please)

Haven't had a lot of experience with food photos, yet love taking them when I think of it.
Took these at a local diner, so I had to make due with the conditions available to me.
Aside from making me wish I had some right in front of me now; I'm wondering what you think? Decent enough for submission to stock photo agencies?
Or just good snapshots?
I'm looking for constructive C&C please.
(I'm going to render some of the better ones into B&W, print them & present them as gifts for the owner of the Diner, who has become a friend of mine over the years. He needs some decent artwork on his walls LOL.

I'm not so sure about the first one but as far as artwork for the diner the other 3 are perfect.

You know I'm not sure if its the angle, the cropping, or the other cup in the background ... could be all three.. the cup in the second shot makes me want to go there and have coffee and look at the menu items.

I know nothing about the criteria for stock photos so no comment concerning that issue. I think the carrot cake (?) should be shot from a different angle, maybe showing more of the icing. I like all the others including the first one. It make me want to make some coffee right now. I think the diner owner will be proud to display them!

I took a shot with just my single cup sitting there and found it b....o....r...i...n...g!
And regarding the angle; I spent a little time snooping on a stock site that Ian had sent a link for and it seemed that photographers were using wonky angles to generate more interest. I couldn't justify the severity of some of those with MY photo ('cause it looked to me like the coffee should spill out lol) and settled for something mediocre and I'm guessin':
b.....o.....r.....i....n....g! lol

It just so happens that I DID get one of the carrot cake with more icing showing, but I felt like the details blurred together too much with the white plate background.
What do you think?

I can fix it. It's this tool known as a fork. It'll make that "bad angle" so away.

I like them all personally! I am not experienced in stock photos so my opinion may not mean a lot to you.
Your first photo, if it were a single cup of cup including the creamer(s), removing the spoon, the other cup of coffee. Number 2 & 3 are fine just the way they are IMHO.
Number 4 does nothing for me although the cake looks tempting!
