Hello all, I'm Ken . I have been using point and shoot cameras a long time but have just recently bought a DSLR and am enjoying all of the discussions here, I can see I have a lot to learn. :roll:

Another neighbor! Welcome. I live in Forest City and wander all over in your direction looking for photo ops. Lots of good opportunity in our area, huh? There are more and more Tarheels here all the time.I will PM you about a photo club that may have a region near you. It's a super club.

Hi neighbor, I have a brother that lives just outside of Forest City. Right now I have a Canon Rebel T-3 which is an adequate camera for learning DSLR photography. I would very much enjoy meeting with others who have the same interests and learning from them before investing in more equipment. Ken.
