Good suggestion JR. I've seen and admire your work.
I tried to download 'noiseware' the other day, on your suggestion, but they are trying to push so much other stuff/conditions that I became discouraged. Do you use the full version or free one? I despise having to settle for all that unwanted stuff, some of which there didn't seem to be a choice of accepting or not, so I chose not to download it.

Superb shot! How were you able to stop the action and get such clarity? Electronic flash??

NEVER pay when you don't have to :). :)

Do a MANUAL install not auto that allows you to deny what you don't want. I will post the details for you

Thanks for your efforts JR. Been there, done that. I may try again in the future but as I remember, there still was stuff 'attached' I didn't want. Granted, one can (probably) delete such garbage, but I wasn't sure about what it might include. I may get brave soon and try it again. So far, I've had pretty fair luck with DPP and Picassa, but I was curious if this one may be superior to either of them. Thanks again.

Thanks. No flash at all. The dance floor was very dark, much darker than it appears in the photo. I know he would hold her in tht position before he pulled her back up and I got got lucky. Everyone else were using small cameras and flash. I thought I wold accept some noise and blur to capture the ambiance. (Laser light show) that was directed on the dance floor.

It's a beautiful shot and will probably be enjoyed more by the pair than the professional posed shots. They were enjoying their wedding, a captured moment of them, that's what they want to remember. The kiss is a great shot too. Inside a church is my toughest challenge! You can even turn that one black & white, up the white balance and blur the edges to reduce the noise. It's gorgeous!

Good one, Dave. Neat image, eh? I may have to give that one a try, thanks.
