That's funny, never thought about ghosts being naked! Any time I see one in a movie they are always dressed, If I return as a ghost I would certainly like to be clothed; especially if I live to a ripe old age :)

The little girl's name is Joanna and her family lived in the old storage building until the school superintendent ran them out to live on the street and she got run over by a school bus.

I've never heard of a ghost being seen naked... They always have 'period' clothes, presumably the same ones they had in life.
And, this photo may be the real deal. We can only speculate, since we are not forensic photographers. We may suspect some alterations since we know we can alter photos in this way. But, it was claimed to be unaltered.

Ghost or not, she just did what she had been taught to do. The fire alarm rang and she left the building with the rest of the people. ;-)

There usually is an reasonable explanation. The shot I took at the zoo of this cat looking at a ghost figure of a child in the upper right corner, I believe is a reflection that might have been taken at the zoo of glass I was shooting through.

One simple way to produce a ghost like image is to just take a 10 second exposure and quickly move into it and stand still for a couple seconds and then quickly exit, viola' you have a ghost....

Another simple way to produce a ghost like image is to kill someone in an old creepy looking house or abandoned building. Then the story will circulate through your town about how someone was killed in the building and another urban legend can be born. Amazingly, people will start to see images in the windows. Just like Resurrection Mary on the side of the road at the cemetery. She is seen in a prom dress so I guess ghosts do have clothes.

Having done paranormal investigations for 15+ years I have never seen a naked ghost, nor would I want to see one. The explination as to why they were wearing clothes is very involved, the short answer is because they want too and it makes no difference if they are a ghost or a spirit (they are tow different things). Not every photo you see like that is photo shopped, there are still honest people out there.
Because I do investigations I do not have photshop on either computer. I would say that that picture is 95% real.
If you don't believe that is fine, however a smug attitude is not atractive. As a side note about 80% of my investigations have shown that there were natural causes for what was happening, plumbing, wind, loose hindges, animals etc.
However there is much about the world we don't know and this is part of that.

As stated in a forum yesterday, I do believe in ghosts in the afterlife, but in this case I will need more proof. I believe that the girls dress or lack of it are mere water stains from a leaking window running down the brickwork. If you look at the girl on the right especially to the left of her left leg there is another stain there too. This makes the girls body way out of proportion in the image. Next... the face in the lower window... There is not one sheet of glass but several panes. If you look closely you can just about make them out and one runs down the middle of her face. I think the face is formed by a leaking frame in that area over time or condensation drying there. I believe there is a scientific explanation for the image here.
As stated by the author... It is an old storage building that is more than likely unheated and subject to Mother Nature and Father Time. The best thing to do is to go back and take another picture with a better camera and investigate the area to see if any residual of the image is still there.
