Using 1960's Nikkor Lenses on a Nikon D7000

The N8008 was an auto focus camera & as long as the lenses worked with it, they won't need to be modified as the 8008 wouldn't accept Non Ai lenses either...

Well, at the time i had to make the decision, I did not have you, Jerry nor Nikon to hold my hand. I many have made the decision to go Nikon. Although, I did get the Refurb body and Kit lens directly from Sony for $304 tax&ship included! Can not get much for that low a price and have 5 different lenses already in your bag + filters, reversing adapter, flash adapter etc .... Knowledge counts.... thanks scott

Check out the back section of your d7000 manual. It lists comparable lenses.
