Looks like fun. Enjoyed seeing the frames. Thanks for sharing. I have Smart Photo Editor, but can't find how to do frames. Appreciate advice. Thanks Bee

Sure thing. Open an image. On the upper right side click Effects. (1st on top) Then look way over on the left and you will see a list of effects and one of them near the bottom is Borders, classic,vintage, contemporary etc.
