The weather was terrible but I tried my best.
I have processed in LR5 to try and improve.
All comments and advice appreciated.

I love the misty effect and the green light in the boat reflected on the water....I like the mist covering the bridge in the background too. If it were my photo, I would crop most or all of that bottom portion of the water off...the part where the surface is different than the rest. I think that makes the rest of the photo more interesting. That's my 2 cents for what it's worth.

I agree with your cropping comments but at this stage was keeping a 3*2 format.

I rather like this photo, it has a sense of reality to it if that makes sense to you. I too like the green reflecting off of the water, very nice!

You had some tough light to work with and you made the most of it. The result is a very pleasing photo that has a very pleasing atmospheric quality. I like the rain drops on the water. The mist is a really interesting element and this is a well composed photograph. Well done.
