as a former Hell's Angel rider, I could do that blindfolded with one leg draped over the handle bars while my hot mama was massaging my shoulders at 90 MPH

Have seen quite I bit of this over the years, it takes a hell of a lot of throttle control, balance and timing. I used to be an instructor and we tried and failed several times.
