Question for Paint shop pro- X4 users

I am looking to print vertically in the TEXT mode. Does anyone know if this is possible? I cannot find any reference in the books.

Yes. It is on a sub-menu of the Text Tool. There are at least 3 choices of text printing directions indicated by pointing arrows that you select by clicking on them with the mouse.
Try them out on a test image to get the hang of the directions. And if you use the Layers options you can twist the angular directions left or right, and position the text where you need it.

You are most welcome. Sometimes the developers Help Files are of little use and the experimentation of others helps us find our way.
The most difficult time I had with PSP was when they changed the functioning of the Text Tool from X-9 to X-11.
Once you get a good grasp on using the functions in the Text Tool take a long look at using Layers, there are many different ways to use Layers in fine tuning your images.
