For me, it's a toss-up between the first and last. Love what you did with the roses, and yet the uniqueness of the first is intriguing. Great work with these, hope you'll put up more of them!

Roses are so over done and it's really hard to get one that is worth the effort. They are hard enough to find without blemish or opened just right. Then after all that work the shot ends up looking like every other rose shot. Your #3 shot has caught the eye of most everyone. Very well done, Bravo!

There are some great people on here that understand that its O.K. to go outside the norm once in a while!! I still strive to get my shots as good as I can,and then play with them if I wish! I recently posted a pic of a pelican titled This handsome guy just kinda posed for me..where one has a paint effect and then I posted the shot without the effect, and I thought they both worked!!...thank you very much for commenting!!

Who ever said that this is not the way you want it? Eh?

These are really neat, Rlaugh! Looks like the CS6 oil painting filter was used.

I like the first one for its "artiness" and the last one as it is an out and out bloody good shot. Lovely lighting and composition; really terrific picture.
