I might add that I just purchased a 1.4 extender and took these photos to check how I felt it does. I was quite please overall with the sharpness of the photos. It took my lens from a 600 to about 640 mm.
Not quite so flattering as it blinks.
And one final one that really does not show its beauty like a front on shot does.
Before I came to the thread, the title:
"Fledging Great Horn Pants to Keep Cool!" had me intrigued.
Now I know it's got nothing to do with.......
