Sorry Amy but thats just so much pie in the sky, one can promote peace and peaceful attitudes but one cant think it into reality. The reality is there are bad guys out there doing bad things to innocent people daily, getting all philosophic and filling ones head with warm fuzzy thoughts wont change that. To deny the existence of bad guys only makes it easier for them to carry out their dirty deeds. The Boston Marathon, Sandy Hook, child abductions and thousands more will not end because one thinks it away. There are valid reasons one should teach their children how to be safe, would you go running at night by yourself on a dark and lonely trail?
