#1 because it is lit far better.
It's number 2 for my choice! All are very nice though.
All are nice. Personally I like #1 the best.
I love number 2. Beautiful baby!
love them all but 1 is my favorite

Being the "perfectionist" I am...
1. Cropped for better "eye flow"...
2. Tweeked the "gamma" for highlights...
Hope you don't mind...
I love the expression on #2
Numbers 1 & 2 are nice, if you are shooting a commercial shot for the maker of Polar Bear Snuggies.
Number 3 is the hands down "money shot". This is the image that would be juried into any PPofA print show, numbers 1 & 2 (while nice snaps) would not be so honored.
Number 3 is the only one that is all about the real subject, with the pathos and internal energy only found in "zingers"!
The only appropriate comment here is.....awwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!

All are nice, but I have to agree with Mooseeyes, #3 is all about the subject. In this case the baby, and a beautiful baby he is.
im torn between 1 and 2....sooo cute
I'm not sure if this helps or not, but I am a newborn photographer. I would pick number one as it is the closest to what this line of photography represents. Number two is nice, but would be closest to what any family member would take to enjoy. It is adorable, but a little to "straight on subject" to post in a portfolio. So pick which one you like the best based on your purposes, or display them all in a tri-opening frame set up. And of course, keep snapping as they grow quickly!
