Nikon will let you download any manual, whether you own the product or not. The one exception is manuals for lenses. They are not available for download, so I scan the manuals and convert them to pdf files.
you look like that cave man on tv. it's so easy that even a cave man can do it
I spend a small fortune at B&H every year. I do it because they are the best at what they do. Sometimes the order shows up so fast I get the impression they knew what I wanted and had it packed and waiting for my order. I know the Brown Truck guy loves them too.

You can download the PDF from other sites than Nikon. No to register first.

Most attribute our success to the fact that we don't employ the big/little customer mindset but try very hard to give everyone the same Red Carpet treatment whether you spend a buck or a million or don't buy anything at all and just need information.
Glad we were able to resolve your issues to your satisfaction.

Very true. I also am a little customer and have always received prompt service on every order. Just wish it was possible to visit the N Y store. Have talked with a friend that has visited. He tells me it is worth a trip N Y just to see it.
About a year ago I bought a Sony NEX 5N from Cluchfield Electronics. At least they told me it was a 5N.
In the last month I bought an electronic view finder for my 5N from B & H. When I got the viewfinder I found out that it would not fit my Sony NEX camera.
B&H spent a long time on the phone with me to try to resolve the problem. We found out that the camera Cluchfield sold me as 5N was really a NEX 5 which has a different electronic accessary connector to the 5N model.
B & H took the viewfinder back and returned my money.
Bottom line: B & H are excellent dealers....Clutchfield not so good.
Don't forget to make some purchases at your local camera store- they won't be there for you if you want to "feel and try stuff" otherwise. Yes- I know it can increase costs. Sometimes I also use the internet- but I'd miss the local guys if they disappear.

with my new D600. Could have taken the train on Sun to pick it up, but got talked into overnight Sat deliver for 62.00. Gotta love B&H. Thank you Joshua
On Sat. You'll just unpack, put things together and glanze at the manual. Then by Sun you'll be out going shutter crazy and you'll spend the evening looking at all your beautiful photos on your computer screen..
Have a ball. I love my D600.

Ditto that. At least give your local shop (if they have survived) a shot. As the old saying goes - quality, price or service; pick two

The only one left in the entire Seattle area is Kenmore Camera and it takes me two hours to get there and back. They also have to charge 9.9% sales tax. B&H is a New York company that does not charge sales tax. On many things, shipping is free and I'm not buying the gas for the two hour drive.
B&H gives all three: quality, price and service. The have the inventory. They match any published price. If you don't like what you bought for any reason in the first 30 days, they take it back without question.
