Several people on different photo groups I am on use pBase. They seem to love it, but I have noticed problems with the site going down on numerous occasions. I tried them out awhile back. The layout was nicer than Flickr at the time, but I prefer Flickr now that they have updated their site...I use Fine Art America for my sales...

EM: Your photos express well the play of light, and do justice to the subjects. I like your camerawork. Viewing the small, interesting images produces a desire to see the larger versions, for a better visual experience. I want to see more of images. Keep up the good work.
I do have a new Flickr account but find the upload process non-intuitive and frustrating. I'd appreciate any tips you may have for uploading images to Flickr.

SS: I like your intense approach to close-up and macro photography. The subjects take on a life of their own in your images.

Are you using a photo editing program?...What I do is to upload my images to my computer (into Lightroom), do whatever post processing I want to do to them if any, then export them to a temporary file on my computer's desktop. From there, I click on the "upload" link on Flickr, go to the folder that I exported the images to, select them, put whatever tags or comments I want them to have & then click on the "upload photos" link in the upper left side of the page. I send the images to the folder on my desktop as that makes it easier to find them during the upload process....Hope this helps.
I have some stuff on Flickr ut found them too Prudish as regards some pix.. now have stuff on 500px ..
