I agree with all of your responders. You do manage to be in the right place with the right lens! ;D
Here's one where that happened with me. I am always looking for the Great Blue Heron but what happens when it's almost dark, the sun is going down and ... you have the 300 mm ON THE CAMERA!

Right now I have four memory cards stuffed with images I have not even had a chance to edit yet. :shock:
