No. We were just walking the Anhinga Trail. But it was a gorgeous Spring day and the light was perfect -- a setting sun directly behind us. And the birds were most cooperative, putting on a show for us.

Yes, we split our time between Niceville, FL (in the Panhandle, near Destin, FL) and Miami. We also travel extensively and get to some really great birding sites -- rookeries -- during the spring breeding season. One of our favorites is in Saint Augustine, FL -- a birder photographer's paradise.

Thank you for your comments. Here are a couple more. I shot these with a Nikon 7100 and 300mm F2.8. I shoot RAW, aperture selected.
