Those of us who live practically in the shadows of the shyline often take New York for granted. Thanks for reminding me that I have a world class photographic subject 50 miles north of my front yard. Great pictures. That shot of the Brooklyn Bridge is classic; but I never get tired of seeing it. Well done.

Awesome shots steamer!! Glad you had a good time over here!! I don't like the hussel and bussel of big cities. If you come over again, come set in my back yard with me. You will love it! :):):):)

Thanks, we have been to the states a few times now but that was our first stay in the Big Apple. It is a great city, but it is the people that make a city. It's great to look back on our memories of our holiday - vacation.

Thanks Erv, I would love to do that. My favorite place is sitting in the "bush" with a couple of mates and a glass - or two - of red.

Although i live 3000 miles from the "apple" where i was born and brought up, i never get tired of seeing pics of the city. As the expression goes, "you can take the boy out of the city, but you can never take the city out of the boy...." I was born and raised in The Bronx, and moved west after graduating college. Ive been back a couple of times and the pangs of nostalgia never decrease....
