Saw these while driving home from work. Pulled over, rolled down window and took a shot. Sometimes it's just that easy.

I like clouds. I notice in another cloud thread someone had names for different formations. Is there a cloud dictionary published? I only know of four.

I have three that I selected--had a hard time doing that. The first is at sunset in Southern Oregon. The red of the sun is reflected off the clouds. The second is in Northern California of a mountain in Lassen Volcanic Park. The clouds spiraling up on the left side of the picture make it look like the mountain is erupting. The third is a sunrise on the Olympic Penninsula

WOW! Each and everyone of these posted above is a stunner. Clouds are one of my most favorite subjects. Here is a sampling from a July thunderstorm in Montana where I live.
