There are LED Christmas lights, battery operated
All bunched together with tape, cut wire and extend
You end up with approx 15-20 LEDs all facing the same way
It's like attaching a string to a torch/hand lamp
Put a marker on the floor, start spinning in a circular motion, make sure the light pass over the same spot each time, and you move around 360 degrees, set camera to approx 3min shutter speed
