I'm always trying to catch the elusive great fireworks shot. Here's a few close ones but I'd like to see yours and if you know, what were your settings

Canon 5D MKIII ISO 100 f11 14 sec

This one was blown out but I liked the way it lit everything up

Most information on the top of the picture. They were all ISO 100 f11 and speed varied between 3 and 11 depending on how many fireworks were let go

Hi ! Here are some of mine. As you see, it was just for fun because I only used the night setting on my Power Shot SX50 HS Canon.

The second one would make a great abstract picture for a wall

Thanks ! I really liked it too ! They were taken during my last trip in India. This was at the Amritsar Golden Temple...

I have 37 albums taken in different cities : Varanasi, Jaipur, Delhi, Amritsar, Jaisalmer, McLeod Ganj. I was there this last March and April...

My Canon SX40 actually has a "Fireworks" mode- it works!
