No one minds. It is a thread for anyone with Chipmunks to post them.
I like how you have captured them interacting with each other.

I love it....I could only wish I could get shots like that. Great job and you really do not need HDR they are great on their own...

Please excuse the fuzzy focus as I took this through the front room window across the yard at a rock and Gnome garden.
I had to grab the camera and hurry up a picture before this guy ran off. The stump is this Chipmunks favorite cone shucking spot and he does not like the frog sitting there. Normally he just kicks the frog off onto the ground and that is what I thought I was hopefully going to get a picture of. However this time he proceeded to give the frog a good scolding.
I thought it was cute.

Dandij,

That looks like a Red Squirrel. Even though they are pint sized they are very territorial and will chase away grey squirrels and other animals that are much larger. They are fearless!

Great capture with it claiming its stump.

Looks like it has a tick attached just behind its ear.

Thanks for the heads up that he is a squirrel. And yes he is very protective of his perceived territory. When I am out working in the yard he persistently follows me around with loud scolding chips.

And a couple more to enjoy. I was really interrupting him getting to his home. He kept running this way and that way until he finally figured out how to come in from behind me to get to his home.
