Was out this afternoon but didn't have the DSLR in the car and always have a P&S so I took a few with it. Couldn't really compose so this is all I got but will try to get better ones later.

p11 You and your P and S came up with some goodies!

This is the other red barn I saw tonight. The grandsons wore us out and we will soon be in bed …old folks usually in bed by 9 P and up by the sun.

These are pictures taken in Putnam County Georgia. I too am always on the look out for old buildings, not just barns.

Pg 11 Sher I love your barn photos - free as a bird. This barn is so interesting with the fungus and the birds that you caught. Love the lighting on all of them too.

Pg 11 Excellent RR, I thought it was a real mural at first but see you are playing tricks on the eye!

I can tell already I am not going to be able to catch up with this thread. These aren't my "intended" posts, but grandson and I stopped to see some Longhorns in a pasture and I couldn't resist these "details" of the "Tie-Up". I hope to do some other barn shots later today or tomorrow.

Pg 10 Pat the barn hardware is interesting, been used many times from the looks of it. You always come up with interesting perspectives.

Good Morning, Judy! The barn challenge is going to be fun; thank you for hosting. I always love your barn photos! I have 3 submissions taken within the last few weeks, but from afar off. I hope to find an opportunity to 'study' an old barn up close before this challenge is over!

Your barns al look like working types, very neat and well taken care of!

An old Minnesota barn.

Doesn't look like a currently working barn, amazing it is still standing in such condition. Love the first on Mary especially.
