Still traveling. Here are a few close ups from this trip. I subscribe to my mentor Rick Sammon's advice, if you think you are close, get closer.
Close up and personal of something, but maybe nothing, but then again----just how far away were we? It's hard to tell, what with lens envy and all that Jazz. I even got a shot of Harvey Hedgehog. Harvey is quite-quiet, which does not qualify him for membership in The Ugly HedgeHog, take photos, pickem and praiseem Society for Photography Obsession. I even got the British involved, stiff upper lip and all that-isn't it?

I think the ugly, red-wattled, duck is a Muscovy (sp).

Normally not a fan of vignettes, but it works very well with the egret in the last photo!
Here is a close-up of a Fairy Moth. The moth is approximately 8mm in length but it's antennae are almost three times as long!
