Good Morning Everyone,
I just received the B&L 8080 as a gift from a family member and would like to hook it up to my T5i, anyone know what adapter's would work with it ?

Beats me, but there has to be some way to
make the combination work.

I'm looking forward to seeing the pictures you get, they
should be awesome.

I bet if you gave B& H a call they would help you over the phone and fix you up with what you need.

if it came with the tele adapter you will need to get a T adapter that fits your camera

Are you sure it's legal where you live?

Yes it did come with a tele adapter and the 2 sights to use it as a standalone device. It actually has a canon T adapter but for a different model (EF I think). What I wasn't sure of was were there varying sizes in T adapters for a given camera. Thanks for the advice, I do greatly appreciate it.

Sorry for not using the quote properly... but I hate to double post.

Now thats a question I didn't anticipate. Didn't know there was anywhere in the US that using scope's would be illegal... as long as your not pointing it into bedroom windows :)

I suspect one has to be in the right mood to get it...the reference went back to the title of the thread and current news rather than the content of the message. Pretty weak connection.

Alas I can't help on your technical question so it was the best I could come up with.

Check with Amazon. I got an Opteca adapter from them that works with my Canon T2i. My scope came with a t-ring that fits the 1&1/4 " eyepiece. The adapter fits the camera body for direct attachment to scope with the t-ring. I will show you a picture of it if you like.
