Where to buy this Lens

If I buy this lens...Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6 EX DC HSM Lens for Canon Digital SLR Cameras ...and it is $479 at Adorama, Amazon, and B&H...is there any advantage other than the price for buying it one place or the other?

Check and see if one of them is offering rewards points on it. Other than that they are both very reputable.

The service at Adorama and B&H is excellent and may include free shipping, can't always say the same for Amazon. I'm not putting Amazon down, but I've always had better luck/service from Adorama and B&H.

Adorama ship their merchandise from Elizabeth, New Jersey although the store is located at W18 St. between 5th & 6th Avenues.

You can't go wrong with Adorama or B&H. Amazon is now having to charge tax in Calif so that might make a difference in the final price. You have to check for your state. In fact on Amazon, check close the lens may actually be coming from Adorama.
Both a Adorama and B&H sell used lenses and very reliable in the condition stated. You can get a "like new" lens much cheaper. Might be worth checking.

All three are excellent I have bought from all. no problems with returns etc. Some Items on Amazon are sold by Adorama

I use B&H. Have always been happy with their service which include free shipping. I have a hard time calling early enough to get what I purchased shipped the same day, but that's not there fault. B&H has always done well for me and I'm sure you'll be happy using them.

I have that same lens and really enjoy it. See which vendor offers the best in shipping, points or add-ons and go with them
