What with a combination of having to work on a number of extended projects and a truly abysmal few months of weather, I have been away from these forums and really had very little opportunity to take pics.
I have, however, managed a few bits and pieceswhich I shall post about laterbut in the meanwhile and in amongst a pile of other work, I have been able to finish off the website for my local camera club which, for those of you with an idle few moments to spare might care to peruse our meagre efforts:
http://edps.org.ukIt's good to be back :D
Enjoy and comment as you see fit.

Beautifully done cite, the mission statement is a good one. I looked at several of the member slideshows. Took me a bit to find the button,,,, Oh, aaaha,, it is at the bottom.
I am impressed with the variety each of the photographers has in their show. Often you will find a photographer that has 101 photos of door knobs, not you folks, great work..all.
Very nice, professional looking site. The member slide shows interface was especially nice, I liked the panning effect. I wasn't going to comment on this but see that dpullum also was looking for the navigation buttons at the top of the home page instead of the bottom.

Thank you :)
The menu choice was very deliberate: I wanted to keep the top of the pages as clean as possible and also to keep the menu visible no matter where you had scrolled to in the page.

Thanks, Brenda. We're a fairly small group but we're nothing if not enthusiastic and we have great fun sharing and discussing our work.

Don't let your club get too big as it could lose the bond between the members
There is great work being produced by you all
Well done
