A recent talk by a well-known photographer of animals and nature landscapes mentioned that canvas seemed to sell best.

As an experiment print the same picture in both canvas and on your choice of paper and see which sells better.

Why not print all three and price accordingly? Or at least offer all three formats. Why restrict yourself?
