They want me to shoot their booth, sales representative with customers, also they will stand on the stage, tell about the products. two for half hours on the stage 1pm and 4pm. they said will publish the photos in their literatures with my name ( photographer), and which release form should I use?

Sounds like an all day event. Me I would take a laptop and in between the 1pm and 4pm ops...down load and see what I'm working with. As far as model release I wouldn't worry about it too much...you can always get a company rep to stand in as a customer.

If you are an amateur, you certainly should not charge a pro fee. See what the pros charge and adjust accordingly.

Depends on how good you are at that shoot, I am all for what you say BUT if he has been asked to do this specifically and he does a good job why short change himself.

I am not sure if anyone started at the top. I don't look at it as he would be shortchanging himself. I'd look at it as he would be making a name....But then again, that's just me. I've been wrong before.

I do agree with you, not disagreeing at all, also the best payment for this and I still do it is experience and that is priceless, but don't be out of pocket.

ALSO remember do a good job and they may ask you again, AND you can add it to your portfolio and website
