For canon, see thru viewfinder, bottom right, it is Max Burst. What it is? I can't find the manual book.

I don't have a Canon, but Googled "Max Burst":

There are other sites as well, so you may do a search yourself.

Download your camera manual here http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/products/cameras then use the Find (Ctrl-F) function to search for Max Burst, or
look in the Specifications area of your paper manual for Max Burst, or
you can read and watch this http://www.learn.usa.canon.com/resources/articles/2012/eos_understanding_burst_rates.shtml

Hames, the max burst, is how many photos your camera will take on continuos shooting befor it's buffer fills up and can no longer take shots w/o processing what has been shot to the card.
If you put the camera in jpeg mode you will notice the number gets higher. It will probably only matter if you are on continuos mode. In one shot you probably can't shoot fast enough for the max to matter.
Make happy burst. Good luck
