It is really cool to be on the east coast and see birds from all over...

so many beautiful pictures here...so many

I tried hard to get this peacock and finally settled for just feathers.

I was just thinking the same thing. I have seen more Florida and south American birds here as well as the West coast varieties I am accustomed to seeing.

This is an endangered Florida Scrub Jay. The photo was taken with the camera against a scope lens which accounts for the vignetting around the outside border.
