I need to turn some pics into printable coloring book pages. Do you know any low-cost software that will work?
kodak easyshare software used to, not sure if it still does. Either way its free.

I would suggest tracing on acetate or copy paper. You will have much more control.

Ok this one works. You can upload a photo it changes it for you and lets you pick the power of the change for each photo. Then you can print or save, etc. If you want to save it or print you need to create an account, but the account is free so that's a plus.

www.crayola.com will turn a photo into a coloring page free. I have tried it and they come out pretty well. From there you would need to figure out how to make a book which should be the easy part.
