Not only will it be another Titanic - a replica of the ship that had such a memorable maiden voyage, but it will be built in China. How could a venture like this go wrong?

The billionair is reported to have said
Quote:
“Of course it will sink if you put a hole in it. It is going to be designed so it won’t sink".

So was the first one!!

Hopefully they will avoid icebergs this time.

Go to Walmart, purchase a soft drink, meditate on the wonderful products you can buy there that come from
china. I'm sure this will make you happy.
As for many of the rest of us, we will continue to search for goods and products made in America, products that are quality and will last us for many years, products that are not "use once then throw away".

Again jimberton: Did I say that China may be a good place to live? No!! What I said is: China has became a big industrial elephant. They sale to everyone worldwide from foods to heavy machinery and they are educating their people better that other countries. Get informed, look at our Universities and notice how many foreign student are here, most from China. Maybe you are right, my mother may have raiser an idiot...but still, you sound very un-informed...and this is equal to ignorance...

It's funny how everyone, including the USA, are falling over themselves trying to trade with China.
Think back to after the WW2, when Japan exported cheap Jap Crap to us all. Now look at them,Our car manufacturing is almost Kaput from Jap competition & most of our electronics have been made by Japan until recent years. Now It's Korean or the chows are muscling in. A few years from now it won't be crap & our own industries will be Kaput. Your auto industry is not all that jolly by recent reports.
Love them or hate 'em, they're a fact of life. Xei Xei.
