Hi there all my Ugly Hedgehog friends.
Last week Thursday I got my new Nikon in the D7100. Got it out of the box, had one of my battery's from the D7000 already charged and ready to go. And with in no time was taking pictures and playing with the setting. Oh my and I am loving it as much as my D7000 Yes I am keeping both. I will be selling my D3100 now.
My Adult Eagle's came in the last to days so I could take their pictures. Plus then I even had a pair of Turkey Vulture's comeing in. So here are some of the pictures I got with my Nikon D7100 hope you enjoy them. Sorry about the name in the picture, just something I do. Oh my heart was racing with Happiness all day.

Excellent shots. No matter what camera, it is the user that makes the difference. :-D

Thanks howlynn, I kinda notice they are sharper. Have not had any prints made yet. That will tell me better. But I did notice I can only get 299 picture on a 16gig chip. Might have to get some 32gig one soon. Other then that I love them both. Just have to get use to the new dial for the modes. On the D7100 you have to push in a button to turn it. I guess they did that so you don't bump in from Manual to Aperture or Manual to the Effects button.

You've got some nice shots there.. Now to get yourself either a larger internal hard drive, a large external hard drive or both....I just picked up a D7100 too. Jpegs in standard are like 6MB+, Raw captures run about 27MB+...I shoot in Raw, so I have Lightroom set to put the images in a folder I set up on my external drive, plus, I'm being a bit more judicious as to what files I keep...Enjoy the Cam !!!
