I ordered this Sony camera because I got it so cheap, $134.95. About the size of a Canon Elph, with a 16x zoom (384mm), 24mm wide. Strange little camera will take some getting use to, has a "Sony super had ccd". Has a strong in your face output, I find a little over the top.

Yes, and when you look at them full size, they are really to crisp. May print well though, there is no way to control the sharpness. Well; that is what you get with a bargain. :)

Another shot, this time full zoom. House is about a third of a mile away. Not to bad for a cheap camera.
Looks like a bargain, well done.

Certainly impressive for such an inexpensive camera using the zoom!

I know many Nikon users who would drool to have photos as sharp as yours! Nice color too.

Which model is it, if I may ask.

I'm a big fan of Sony cameras. I have the NEX-7, NEX-5N, RX-100 & RX-1. They make great sensors and chips and also supply to Nikon & Canon.
I posted these the other day for another UHH member that was trying to decide on which point and shoot to buy. They were talen with the RX-100 from my front window (as is and then cropped to show the close-up of the tree on the left side of the full frame shot).
RX-100, f5.6, 1/125", ISO 125

Yay! I got my husband the RX100. I think I will steal it from him! We don't have any NEXs but he has the A77 and it takes great pics.

Trust me, don't look at the RX-1. That turns you into a Sony addict it's WAAAYYY too expensive for what it is. Having said that, I'll NEVER give mine up.
I took these one night just fooling around with it. It's the same deal. The first shot was taken as-is. The second is cropped of the vase near the stove.
(Yeah, I know the composition sucks. I took it during a commercial break).

Really good though. I know, the RX-1 is very expensive but I did look at it. It is very $$$$$ but there are a lot of great reviews about it.
