My contribution for today's challenge. Hope you like them.
I started commenting on all the pics on this thread. There are already 9 pages! So just a blanket comment on the beauty and creativity of all. However, the eye in the sky stopped me in my tracks. Love it.
Here are a couple of my best from the past few days. Been playing with a 2x teleconverter that came in the mail on Saturday.
Good morning everyone! What a beautiful bunch of pictures! Everyone has wonderful shots. The creativity is wonderful. I just am popping in before I shut down and head north. I am going to miss y'all as I will not be able to check in or post quite so often. But I will be peeking! Have a great summer!
Cheers everyone! Clicker....

Thanks, suejay! That's a little screech owl. These guys are from our local raptor conservancy and refuge. This tiny fella had a run-in with a city bus, and is a permanent member of our "travelling show" which goes to schools and various organizations, explaining the beauty and importance of raptors in our lives.

David, these are amazing. Do you work for the refuge?
The colors are beautiful, howlynn. Thanks for posting.

No,just a volunteer. Can't really handle the field work anymore, but do what I can to help out "in the store", so to speak! In addition to our two little friends in the photos, we also have a couple of barn owls, a kestrel, and a red-tail hawk, and the population is growing.

Like someone else has already said, the bedroom shot looks straight out of a magazine. I love the color and curves of the lamp. The statue looks almost real.
Yes, I loved the window light in the bedroom.
I'm happy you liked them twna.
Hope you have something to post.

Looks like spring has come to Mid-Missouri. Nice pictures so far today.
Love the flowers Rufe. The decoration on the chicken coop sure grabs your attention. I like it.
All very good David. I can't pick a favorite.
Glad you joined us.

There is just something about a country road in the Iowa Loess Hills.
Ham, that is fantastic. Makes me want to take that road.
I see a double post. The penalty is a poem.
